Las Cosas Pequeñitas SL, with B-91528224 and registered office at AVDA DE MAIRENA, 10 de MAIRENA DEL ALCOR.-SEVILLA, presents the following commercial offer, for a consideration, of the products included on the website www.nolasco.es (hereinafter Las Cosas Pequeñitas).
The purchase and sale of these products are governed by the following general terms and conditions of contract, which the buyer accepts when purchasing any product from Las Cosas Pequeñitas SL following its purchase procedure. These general purchase conditions are in effect for all products offered in the store and may be modified without prior notice, without affecting changes to purchases already made. The terms of contract and the purchase procedure are written in Spanish.
The minimum age to place an order is eighteen years.
1.- How to Buy
To make a purchase, you must first fill the cart. To do this, you can select the products you want by clicking on the “buy now” icon or adding to the cart that appears both below the product and in its expanded description. You can search by browsing through categories, using the search bar, or entering advanced search. To add a new product to the cart, simply search for another product by the means indicated above and click “buy now” or add to the cart. To change the quantity, modify the number and click “update”. To remove a product, click “delete”. Once the shopping cart is ready, you must click on purchase; if you are not registered, you must do so at this time. If you have previously registered, you will be prompted to enter your store username and password, choose the payment method and delivery address (by default, the billing address provided when registering as a user will appear), and click “finish”. At this point, your order will be issued and can be paid for. The delivery date will be effective once payment is received. If payment is not made within a certain period, the order will expire, as the conditions of timeframe and price may vary. However, if you are still interested in the products, you will only need to place a new order.
2.- Product Delivery and Availability.
Purchased products will be delivered, as a general rule and unless out of stock, within 96 hours, with the delivery timeframe indicated in the purchase confirmation. For purchases made from the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, we cannot ensure delivery within 96 hours, as it usually takes slightly longer.
If the purchased product is not available at that time, the buyer will be notified to choose another product of similar characteristics and price, or to cancel the purchase, refunding the amounts paid within no more than 3 days from when Las Cosas Pequeñitas has effective knowledge of the payment made.
3.- Customer Registration.
To shop on www.nolasco.es, you must register as a customer and log in with your username and password.
4.- How to Add More Products to the Shopping Cart?
Simply by searching for another product and clicking on the shopping cart icon or buy now. If you want to remove any product, just click the “delete” icon. If you want to modify the number of units, you must do so in the corresponding box and click “update”.
5.- Can the Delivery Address be Changed?
Yes. You can modify the shipping address in the shopping cart, which will be independent of the billing address. The latter will be the one you provided when registering as a customer. By default, the delivery address that will appear is the billing address. If you wish to change the delivery address after the order has been placed, you must contact info@nolasco.es and we will do so immediately, provided the order has not left the warehouse.
6.- How is the Order Processed?
Once the payment method is selected, click “continue”. After doing so, you must make the payment.
7.- When Should You Pay?
After placing the order. And before it expires.
8.- Does an Order Expire?
Yes. If the order has not been paid within a certain timeframe, it will expire, as the price and timeframe conditions may vary. This expiration period will be 5 days after the order confirmation. However, you can place a new order identical to the previous one, which will have a new expiration period.
9.- How Do You Know if Any of the Conditions are Not Met?
You will receive an email notifying you and a phone call.
10.- Is It Possible to Request an Invoice?
Yes. Request the invoice by emailing info@nolasco.es.
11.- Order Status
Orders can be in the following statuses:
- Pending: These are orders placed and awaiting processing.
- Processed: Refers to orders that have been placed and reviewed by us. In this case, the order is being processed and is pending delivery upon payment.
- Shipped: These are orders that have already been sent by us.
- Expired: This name is given to orders whose payment has not been made and the expiration period has passed.
12.- Price, Shipping Costs, and Taxes
The prices of the products offered on the website are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT applicable at the time of purchase.
Orders will be delivered by shipping companies.

13.- Payment Methods
Payment for contracted products can be made by:

14.- Returns
For any purchase made, the buyer has 7 business days from receiving the order to return it at no cost, although the buyer must cover the direct costs associated with the return. The return of the order will be made by sending it to the registered address of info@nolasco.es, in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and by notifying the intention to withdraw from the purchase by any legally admissible means before sending it.
Even if the purchase has already been confirmed, and while the order has not been sent to its destination, the buyer maintains the right to withdraw from the purchase and to return the previously charged amount. If the shipment has already been made, the customer should wait to receive the order before requesting the return.
Once the order is back in the info@nolasco.es warehouses, the returned items will be checked, and if everything is correct, the buyer will be refunded the purchase amount through the same payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Since it is a food product, the packages will not have been opened or tampered with.

Right of Withdrawal
Las Cosas Pequeñitas SL recognizes the customer’s right of withdrawal under the terms and deadlines established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, in which case Las Cosas Pequeñitas SL will refund the customer the amount paid for the price and applicable taxes, to the account number specified by the customer. The customer has a period of 7 business days from the delivery of the product to exercise this right, considering as such date, unless proven otherwise, the one indicated in the delivery document signed by the customer. To exercise this right, the customer must send an email to info@nolasco.es and notify it via phone, in a legally admissible manner and within the prescribed deadlines. In any case, the customer will cover the direct costs of returning the said product.
15.- Validity of the Offer
The items offered in the online store, and their prices, will be available for purchase as long as they are listed in the product catalog viewed through the website.
